The record of the floods that struck southwest Romania in the summer of 2014 was devastating. Several people have lost their lives, their homes have been taken by water and hundreds of people have watched helpless as they lost everything in a few minutes. Vaideeni, Vâlcea county, situated on the edge of the LuncavăÅ£ brook, was the most affected - 70 houses were destroyed altogether and other 40 were damaged. People lived in a glade, in containers. No beds, clean linen, water and hygiene products. We immediately helped them and two days after the natural calamity, we went to Vaideeni and gave people donations consisting of: a cement tank, beds, bed linen and pillows, clothing on various categories of age and sex, from newborn to mature, personal hygiene products, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, water and food, toys for children.Next to us were the Kick boxing fighters, Benjamin Adegbuyi, Cristian Ristea, Mihai Barbu, Cristian Spetcu and promoter Eduard Irimia, who helped to unload and distribute donations to the flood victims.Thousands of thanks to the British American Tobacco sponsor and all the supporters! We bow to you!
You can also help the flood victims! Any donation counts! Please, donate too!
